A sample: how Week 1 begins
Week 1: Know Your Best Customer The story.
Grace Kim had walked dogs in Port Alder for two years, first as a side job while she finished a veterinary technician program, then full time when she realized she loved the dogs more than the clinic. She had nineteen regular clients, a waiting list of zero and a nagging sense that she should have more.
She called Dana Whitfield, who had cleaned Grace's apartment building for a year and had become, in that time, the person Grace called with business questions. Dana's cleaning business had grown from nine names on a legal pad to two employees and a waiting list.
"How do I get more customers?" Grace asked.
