Customers
Your whole customer list, pre-loaded with sample customers, payments and a pipeline of the accounts that matter most. Open the Customer Directory, open a customer, log a payment, then try the AI Automations tab and watch it draft a letter from that customer's real record.
Do these three things
- Find a customer and the money behind them (about 3 min). Open the Customers demo, go to Customer Directory and open anyone, then look at Payments and the Major Customer Pipeline. Finish on AI Automations and let it draft a letter from that record.
- Open a client file (about 3 min). Open the Client Services demo, go to Clients, open one, then Cases and the Service Log to see what was delivered and when. Intake Requests is where a new client's form lands.
- Read the books (about 3 min). Open the Financial Management demo, go to Budget, then Transactions, then the Leadership Report, which writes the month's narrative for you.
Everything is pre-filled with sample records and nothing is saved to a real account. When you are ready, see the plans.
Or explore the apps by the part of the business they run. What is included depends on your plan: the ones marked Complete belong to AIOFP Complete.
