Website & Join Page
Build a multi-page website for your organization and collect members, donations, and dues from it. We host it for you, live the moment you publish. On AIONP Essentials and AIONP Complete we also register one .org in your organization's name at no charge, or you can point a domain you already own.
1. Your web address included
Included on AIONP Essentials and AIONP Complete: we register the name with your organization as the owner of record, we pay for it, it renews every year, and your site is live at that address within minutes. Nothing to set up. One .org per organization. The domain and every page are yours: download them or move the domain to your own Cloudflare account at any time, from this screen.
Not ready to pick a name? Your site is live right now on a free address: yourorg.sites.allinonenonprofit.com
2. Pages & content
💡 Not sure what pages to build? A proven five-page layout
Most nonprofits do well with five pages: Home, About Us, Programs (Impact), Donate, and Contact. Together they build trust, explain your mission, and give supporters clear ways to help.
1. Home
- The hook: a clear one-sentence mission statement or tagline near the top (a Heading block).
- Problem and solution: a short summary of the issue you address and how you make a difference (a Text block).
- A main call to action: a prominent Donate or Join button (a Donate block, a Join block, or a Button block).
- Social proof: a recent photo of your work and a short success story or quote (an Image block and a Quote block).
- Upcoming events: an Events block lists your published events automatically, each with its picture and a Get tickets button (filled in from your events tools, nothing to retype). Set the block to Past events for a recap of what you have held, or to Month calendar for every event on a month grid with Previous and Next (a reunion that runs several days shows on each day).
2. About Us
- Mission and vision: why you exist and your long-term goal.
- Your story: a brief history of how the organization started.
- Team and board: names and short bios of key leaders, to build trust and humanize your work.
- Transparency: a link to your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, recent annual reports, or your Candid (GuideStar) profile (a Button block that links out).
3. Programs (Impact)
- What you do: the specific services, projects, or initiatives you run.
- Your impact: data, numbers, or success stories that show your effectiveness.
- Get help or get involved: how people reach your services, or how the public can participate.
4. Donate
- The why: exactly what a gift accomplishes (for example, "$25 provides a backpack for a local student").
- Giving options: one-time or recurring gifts (a Donate block sends gifts to your own Stripe or PayPal).
- Other ways to give: how to donate by check, or in-kind goods if you accept them (a Text block).
5. Contact
- General info: address, phone, and a general email (set your contact line in Site settings, or add a Text block).
- Social links: links to your active social media (Button blocks).
- Specific contacts: direct ways to reach volunteering, media, or leadership.
- Newsletter signup: add a Newsletter block to capture emails for updates.
3. Site settings
Donations by card go to your connected Stripe account (set up online giving in Donor Management). Add a PayPal link here to also offer PayPal. A Donate block or nav button shows whichever you have.
New subscribers get an email asking them to confirm. This message shows after they click the confirmation link. Only confirmed subscribers are synced to your email tool.
4. Publish
Publishing stores your site and makes it live on your web address in seconds.
5. Point a domain you already own
Already own a domain somewhere else? Point it here so your site lives at that address, with a free secure certificate. Publish your site first, then connect your domain. (If you want us to register a new .org for you instead, that is section 1.)

6. Join requests
People who submit the join form on your published site show up here, and each one emails you the moment it arrives.

8. Put this on your website
Already have a website on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress or another builder? Keep it. Paste one line of code into it and your upcoming events or a newsletter signup appear there, always up to date with what you enter here. Changes show on your website within about a minute.
Where do I paste it?
Squarespace: edit the page, click an insert point, choose Code, paste the line, and turn off Display Source. Code blocks run on Squarespace plans that include them.
Wix: choose Add Elements, then Embed Code, then Embed HTML, and paste the line into Code.
WordPress: in the block editor, add a Custom HTML block and paste the line.
Anywhere else, paste it where the builder accepts HTML or embed code. Each line shows one thing, so paste the events line on your events page and the newsletter line in your footer or on your contact page.
Preview, exactly as it appears on your website:
9. News, press and blog
Post press releases, stories about you in the news (a TV segment, radio interview or article, linked out), and blog posts. Published posts show in a News block on any page, at /news on your site with a page for each post, in the News embed, and in an RSS feed at /news.xml that email tools such as MailerLite can send automatically. Posts have no comments section, on purpose.

10. Photos and videos
Make albums of photos and YouTube or Vimeo videos. Published albums show in a Gallery block, at /gallery on your site, and in the Photo gallery embed. Visitors can open any photo full screen and swipe through on a phone. For a single video on a page, add a Video block instead.
