- No cap on admin, consultant or specialist seats, so your bookkeeper or your marketing person works in only the apps you give them
- No cap on contacts
Questions people ask
Is there a free plan?
No. Both plans can be cancelled from your account at any time, and a yearly plan that is cancelled runs to the end of the year you paid for.
What about my accountant?
A consultant seat gives your bookkeeper Financial Management and nothing else; Essentials includes one, Complete as many as you need. On either plan the accounting export imports into QuickBooks Online, Xero or Aplos, and a Zap can post each card payment into QuickBooks as it happens.
Do you hold health records?
No. Client Services is built for counselors and other practices that keep case notes, and it holds no protected health information and signs no business associate agreement. Keep clinical records in your clinical system; keep scheduling, notes you would share, sessions and payments here.
