Slack
Post the moments that matter into one channel of your Slack: money coming in, store and ticket orders, form responses, and a morning note when drafts are waiting for you.

How it works
Once Slack is connected there is nothing to do here day to day. The platform posts into your channel by itself the moment something you ticked under “What to post” happens, and your team reads it in Slack, on the computer or the Slack phone app.
- What a message looks like: one short line saying what happened, who and how much, with a link into the platform, for example a new gift or payment with the amount, the name and a link to open it, or a paid invoice with an “Open the invoice” link. Tick “Leave out names and amounts” and it says only that something happened, with the link.
- When messages arrive: as each gift or payment, paid invoice, store order, ticket order or form response comes in. “Each morning: drafts waiting for you” sends one note a day when prepared drafts are waiting on Today.
- Who sees them: everyone in that Slack channel. Add the people who should see money and orders to the channel in Slack. To be alerted on your phone, open the channel in Slack and set its notifications to all new messages.
- Check it now: press “Send a test message” and look in the channel.
- Change the channel: press “Disconnect”, then “Add to Slack” and pick the new channel. Disconnecting resets “What to post”, so tick your choices again and press “Save”.
- If messages stop: the Connected box shows the last thing Slack said. If the channel was archived or the app was removed in Slack, this page asks you to connect again.
The app can only post to the one channel you chose. It cannot read anything in your Slack.
