Your AI Assistant answers questions about the platform and your organization, and it does real work for you: it schedules the meeting, adds the shift, records the gift. You see the plan first, nothing changes until you press Confirm, and you can undo it.
How does something work, where is it, what does your organization have on file? It answers from the platform guides and your own records, with links to the right page. Nothing changes.
Say what you want done the way you would say it to a colleague. It fills in the record in the right app, after you have seen the plan and pressed Confirm.
Where to find it. At the top of Today (https://app.allinoneforprofit.com/waiting), on My Apps (https://app.allinoneforprofit.com/), and inside every app behind the Your AI Assistant button at the lower right, which opens it in a side panel without leaving the page.
The pictures below show the AI Assistant box with an example task. Your organization's own names and dates appear in yours.
Write it in one sentence, with the details you know: what, when, where, how many. If something it needs is missing, such as the date, it asks you for it instead of guessing.

Do this: type one real task you would otherwise do by hand this week, and press Send.
The answer comes back with a blue button beside it: Add it, Prepare it or Start it, depending on the task. Press it and The plan opens: each step it will take, and one line on why it helps. Read it the way you would read a colleague's note before saying go ahead.

Why it matters: you see exactly what will happen before it happens, including what it will not do for you (here, sending the notice).
Nothing in your records changes until you press Confirm. Not now closes the plan and leaves everything as it was. After Confirm you get a green check and one line saying where the new record is.

Do this: open the app it names and look at the record. It is an ordinary record, the same as one you would have typed in yourself.
At the bottom of the box, Done by your AI Assistant lists everything it has done for your organization, who asked, and when. Press it to open the list. Each item has Undo while the record is still untouched.

Undo has a window. It works until someone works in the record: a meeting until it has minutes or attendance, a volunteer shift until somebody signs up, a draft event until it has registrations. After that, change the record in its own app the usual way.
Why it matters: you can try it on real work without worrying, because a mistake is one press to reverse.
Each kind of task is a helper, built once for every organization. Type the sentence your way; these are only examples.
Need it to do something else? Ask for a new helper at https://www.allinoneforprofit.com/form/?t=ai-helper-request with one sentence you would type. Until a helper exists, it answers the question instead of acting.
It prepares the work. A person does the last step on anything that leaves the organization or cannot be taken back:
| Seat | What the AI Assistant does for them |
|---|---|
| Owner and Admins | Answers, and acts after they press Confirm. |
| Members | Answers, and acts inside the apps their seat opens. |
| Interns and volunteers | Answers, and prepares drafts that wait for someone to approve them. |
| Viewers, read-only consultants, and a Launch Plan organization that has not subscribed yet | Answers only. |
Each organization has 300 requests a month, reset on the first.
Pick something you would otherwise do by hand this week. Send it, read the plan, press Confirm, then find it on the Done list.
